Alert, alert! The holidays have come a bit early this year: Editor-favorite cookware brand Le Creuset is kicking things off with the best treat ever, a fancy new colorway! It’s no secret that we’re huge fans of the storied cookware company here at Kitchn — frankly, no kitchen is complete without at least their signature cast-iron Dutch oven. Another reason why we love Le Creuset so much (ya know, beyond the incredible, heirloom-worthy quality), is just how often they mix things up with their hues. While there are some tried-and-true glaze staples in the Le Creuset arsenal (think: the iconic fiery Flame), the brand is also constantly coming out with trendy new colors to enliven our kitchens and refresh our tablescapes. Well, they’ve done it again, this time with a decadent, dessert-inspired hue called Ganache. Reminiscent of a rich bowl of chocolate fondue, Ganache is elegant, moody, and just a bit daring — making it an awesome addition to the Le Creuset lineup.

The timing couldn’t be better, either. Just imagine how incredible Ganache will look on your Thanksgiving tablescape alongside some gold flatware, gingham napkins, and your coziest comfort recipes. Sign us up! Le Creuset’s new Ganache colorway is available in a slew of different pieces, including the brand’s signature Dutch oven, signature braiser, and classic skillet. Like all of their enameled cast-iron cookware, these pieces are crafted in France with only the highest-quality materials, ensuring even heat distribution and retention. The variety of sizes (and cooking styles!) available in Ganache means you can tackle anything from a veggie stir fry or poached fish to hearty stews and succulent pot roasts. Plus, with how gorgeous the brand-new hue is, you’re basically investing in a piece that doubles as decor on your stovetop. No shame if it takes up permanent residency there for the entirety of the fall and winter seasons!

An entire line featuring the new Ganache colorway launches November 1, just in time for the holiday season, and is available at both Le Creuset and Williams Sonoma. If you were already planning on investing in some high-quality cookware to carry you through hosting and entertaining season, this new colorway is just the thing!
