Lil Wayne Just Put His Miami Mansion Up for Sale & the Kitchen Is Amazing

If one of your favorite pastimes is to look at celebrity real estate listings, there’s a new one for you to check out. Rapper Lil Wayne (born Dwayne Michael Carter Jr.) is selling his massive Miami Beach, Florida, home, but if you’re interested in nabbing it, you’ll need to have a good amount of money tucked away. $29.5 million, to be exact.

Located on 6480 Allison Road, the waterfront Allison Island property measures a whopping 10,632 square feet and boasts 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, two half baths, a media room, a wine cellar, and so much more. The room that caught my eye first? The kitchen, of course! It’s a sleek space with custom Italian cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and a generously-sized island for prep and entertaining. Oh, to have a kitchen with that much storage space and zero clutter!

The sprawling mansion also includes a chef’s kitchen with separate staff quarters, because if you can afford a house like this, my guess is you can probably afford a personal chef or two to go with it. The main suite on the other hand, has two bathrooms, a walk-in closet, a sitting area, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a terrace offering prime sunset views. Paradise? Definitely sounds like it to me!

The Miami Beach mansion is on a half-acre lot, 110 feet of which is waterfront. It was built in 2017 by Allison Island architecture and design firm Choeff Levy Fischman. Described as a “tropical modern masterpiece,” there’s greenery and palm trees throughout the property, plus an expansive outdoor recreational area complete with a pool, outdoor kitchen (perfect for summer grilling), and lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. Cyril Matz, a Miami Beach native, is the listing agent for the property.

Can’t quite convince yourself that Miami Beach is your cup of tea? You can always save a bit of money by heading over to the “other side” of the country to nab Adele’s $12 million home instead.
