I’m not sure about you guys, but my home tends to get a bit messier during the fall and winter months — especially when it comes to the rogue dirt I need to clean up daily. Maybe it’s that all our grass is gone (or will be soon, anyways), so we’re more likely to track dirt (and salt and snow) into the house. Or maybe it’s the influx of company coming by unexpectedly that makes me want to be on top of my cleaning game. Whatever the reason, I find myself reaching for my vacuum more and more during the cooler months in an attempt to keep dust and grime at bay.

Here’s the thing, though: I find that vacuums can rarely tackle all the different surfaces and nooks and crannies in your home. What works well on floors doesn’t necessarily clean rugs like a champ — and don’t even get me started on versions that don’t have a handheld component that you can easily detach to tackle your stairs or car. Needless to say, I’m always on the lookout for vacuum designs that help me tackle as many problem areas as possible — and it seems like Eureka’s Blaze Stick Vacuum Cleaner could be just the gadget I need.

If the 30,000+ (!!) enthusiastic five-star reviews are any indication, this three-in-one vacuum is about to come in handy in a big way this fall and winter. Clocking in at a lightweight four pounds, this do-it-all device is designed to help you tackle any mess your home throws at you, from crumbs on your hardwood floors to dirt embedded into your area rug.

The key lies in the vacuum’s powerful 2-amp motor, which can pick up even minute particles like fine dust, trapping them in a washable filtration system that helps improve the air quality as you clean. Bigger messes (think: spilled baking supplies or breakfast cereal beneath the kitchen table) get easily whisked away thanks to Eureka’s roomy capture nozzle, which gets ’em on the first go versus pushing them around as some other vacuums do. Everything then heads to a roomy, extra-large dust cup that cuts down on frequent trips to the trash for emptying.

That all sounds pretty effective, right? Well, we haven’t even gotten to the best part yet: Take all those features and multiply them by three — because that’s basically what this Eureka vac offers. The corded design seamlessly flexes between an easy-swivel upright to a hand vacuum to a crevice tool, promising to be by your side during every epic cleaning marathon you have coming your way this fall. The cord is even a generous 18 feet long, so you don’t have to worry about outlet hopping while you’re in the cleaning zone.

Unsurprisingly, Amazon reviewers love this powerful pick for its versatility and inexpensive price point, with one reviewer praising it for delivering “epic bang for your buck.” Says another happy customer, “I purchased this due to the reviews and price. I love this little vacuum. It is very lightweight, easy to maneuver, and [has] a powerful pickup. I vacuum every day now. I have two little dogs and this vacuum sucked the kibble up with one swipe. My other dog is a long-haired mutt, who occasionally needs a trim. This morning I trimmed her a bit while sitting on my area rug. I still had my Eureka out from my morning vacuum, I gave it a try on the dog hair trimming, and picked it up like nothing. I am really impressed.”

At under $35, you really can’t go wrong investing in this petite-yet-powerful device that — bonus! — will take up almost zero space in your mudroom or cleaning closet.
